Interests 

Growing up as a competitive swimmer has taught me to love seeing what my body can do. My training in the gym is more focused on enjoyment now, but I still work hard and take part in team competitions with my friends for fun.

Healthy eating and meal prep is something I enjoy, and its knowledge I can share alongside training.

Why train with me? 

In a world where we are encouraged to be smaller, I want my clients to be their strongest self.

My goal is to make your hour in the gym the best hour of your day. I bring challenges, fun, and something new to every session.

I care about helping people move well and feel confident. I especially like coaching younger clients, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and create a positive relationship with movement from an early age.
